We are hiring for our team on Clement Street!1408 Clement St., San Francisco, CA 94118 Wednesday - Monday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PMFull Time: 5 days a week. Weekend availability required. Job Description: Overseeing the FOH Staff: ensuring proper execution of the team’s daily tasks as it relates to service and side work; coordinating the training and education of new staff members Coordinating the FOH team schedule to ensure that a full staff is present to conduct service every day and adjusting the schedule to account for RTOs and absences; communicating the schedule changes with other restaurant leads and management Responsible for tracking attendance and performance; notifying management of any changes or inconsistencies in team behavior Taking inventory and ordering paper goods and tools for maintaining FOH operations Updating FOH guidelines and training materials, as needed Updating POS systems and menus/other materials to reflect menu additions and changes Working with fellow department leads to ensure daily service runs smoothly Being a liaison between the FOH team and restaurant managers; executing daily and weekly reporting as they relate to operations and service and communicating across all restaurant departments Working with the restaurant team and with the staff to improve restaurant customer service and execute plans of improvement Job Requirements: Ability to greet guests with warmth and hospitality Taking orders, helping customers navigate the menu, and providing customer service Operating a POS / cash register Ability to work efficiently with teammates during busy services Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas Experience tracking & maintaining inventory Ability to lift 30 lbs Applicants should express an eagerness to join the Breadbelly Team.
